Notice to homeowners regarding preparation of tree clippings
- It is the homeowners responsibility to dispose of any trimmed branches
- Twigs and branches must be tied with heavy twine into bundles and be:
- no longer than three (3) feet,
- not exceeding 1½ inches in diameter, and
- weighing no more than fifty (50) pounds.
- Residents are advised to limit bundles to no more than six (6).
- Please note, PW will not remove trees from residents’ properties.
- If you have trees that have fallen on your property or have limbs hanging off, you will need to contact a tree removal service for removal or replacement.
Friendly Tips and Reminders from Your HOA
- Did you know trash is to be placed on the curb no earlier than 6pm of the day prior to the regularly scheduled collection day
- It's also a good idea to secure your container lids and tie up trash bags; this prevents trash from being scattered around the sub when it's windy and keeps our sub beautiful
