What every Home Owner needs to know

Our responsibility as Board members is to ensure compliance with the Covenants and Restrictions as written.  None of us, as individuals or as a board, has the authority to change the C&Rs.   Any homeowner who wishes to amend the C&Rs must prepare a petition and obtain the signatures of at least 80% of the homeowners.  

You are encouraged to read our Covenants and Restrictions as well as our Schedule of Fines listed in the Covenants and Restrictions & Bylaws section below.

PARKING IN FIRE LANES IS PROHIBITED

The Community Relations Officer for Canton Police states that there is no parking on the fire lane side of the street, which is clearly marked by no parking signs.  Please contact dispatch by phone at (734) 394-5400 for any violations you see and they can send out an officer.
